the freshness of Lambrusco Marani is combined with the body of Lambrusco Maestri and everything is refined by the fruity fragrance of Malbo Gentile. The transformation of the grapes follows the traditional Lambrusco production process, with a fermentation on the skins that extracts the body and the aroma of the grape blend. A second fermentation completes the preparation of this red sparkling Lambrusco.
