Lonza is obtained by stuffing a pork loin into a casing.
Its light but accurate seasoning and the exclusive recipe employing only selected natural ingredients creates an extremely delicate product with an exalting aroma and flavour thanks mostly to the high quality of our semi-free range pigs fed with raw materials.
We recommend carving it into thin slices or serving it with
oil and lemon or with toasted bread and butter.
